Any complaints AFTER THE DEPARTURE of the deliveryman WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED by LUXRI এর সকল গ্রাহকদের অবগতির জন্য জানানো জানানো হচ্ছে যে, পার্সেল রিসিভ করার সময় অবশ্যই ডেলিভারিম্যান এর সামনে পার্সেল চেক করে নিতে হবে। ডেলিভারিম্যান ফেরত যাওয়ার পর কোনো ধরণের অভিযোগের দায়িত্ব LUXRI নিবে না।

Delivery Charge: Free delivery is not applicable in any discounted product order.

Delivery Time: Delivery time within Dhaka metropolitan city is maximum 2-3 Working Days. Delivery time outside Dhaka metropolitan city is maximum 3-5 Working Days Payment.

Payment Policy:

Method: Customer Can Pay through Bkash, Nagad or Card or cash on delivery in case of order through Facebook. Customer can select cash on delivery, bkash, Nagad, Visa, Master Card or American Express in Purchase from our website
